I took my 2 dog in yesterday (1-12-10) - black lab Zoey and Carmel & brown Catahoula Tazz. I did not get a chance to really look at them all that well because they were hyper, but when I got them home and really looked at them I have to say I was VERY HAPPY!! They smelled really good and not like medicated shampoo. They were soft and Tazz's fur was brushed so completely that he doesn't leave fur where he sits anymore. I checked their nails to see if it was a good cleaning job or just a quick bath and the underneath of their nails were very clean. I am still talking to my husband about how happy I am with the service you provided. You showed that you take pride in what you do and do it completely even with a hyper dog like my Tazz.
Everyone was nice in the shop and it looks like everyone really enjoys working with the dogs. I will NEVER take the dogs back to PetSmart and will continue to take them to you. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks for all the hard work you put into taking great care of my 1 year old Rottweiler puppy Lisa. We had been to PetSmart when we first moved to Chesapeake in Dec of 2010 and had nothing but bad experiences. Luckily, I found your shop and we tried it. Lisa came bounding out of the back area with a beautiful neckerchif, was shiny, glossy, and in a wonderful mood. She wasn't afraid or angry like she was from PetSmart. By the time we got home, she napped for the rest of the afternoon as she spent so much time playing with the other dogs and the great staff. Her nails were cut and ground so they were smooth, and when I asked if she behaved alright for the groomers, I was met with an enthusiastic "YES! She just gave us all kisses as we took care of her." You can't possibly know how relieved I was to hear that as I was concerned she would be skittish with getting her nails done. She is always so happy to go, and getting her to leave is an ordeal as she has to make her rounds and say bye to all the other dogs and the staff (who shower her with such love and affection, it makes me smile every time I see it). Thank you to everyone for making it such a treat for us both to come into your shop, and for the hard work and dedication you put towards making sure every bit of my energy-filled puppy is scrubbed clean and dried. Thank you for not shunning her because of her breed (as so many people do), and for loving on her the way I do and not being afraid of her size.
